Returns and Refund Policy

We at Planet Coffee want to ensure that your buying experience with us is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. To achieve this, we have established the following shipping policies:

1.     Shipping Rates and Fees:

  • -       We offer free shipping for all orders across India.
  • -       We are partnered with BlueDart, DHL, Shiprocket, IndiaPost and other reputed shippers who are the pioneers in shipping. 

2.     Shipping Speeds:

  • -       Our shipments will typically reach you in 2-5 business days, and for metros in India, it will mostly reach the next business day.
  • -       Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and weather conditions or any other unexpected scenarios. 

3.     Handling Time:

  • -       We typically process and ship orders within the same day if the orders are received by 4 PM, else it will get shipped the next business day.
  • -       If there will be a delay in processing or shipping your order, we will contact you to let you know.

4.     International Shipping:

At this time, we are not supporting international shipments through our portal. In case you need to purchase internationally, you can send an email to us and our team will be in touch with you and share the freight charges separately. Upon mutual agreement, we will ship your products to your destination.

5.     Returns and Refunds:

  • -       In case you receive a damaged shipment, you can send us a picture and will send you a replacement with no questions asked.
  • -       In case you are not happy with our product, we will refund 100% of the amount you spent, with no questions asked. Just write to info@goplanetcoffee.com.
